PREPARATION:
- Place frying pan on flame
- Fry 4 cups of dhaniya and keep aside
- Now fry 1 cup of peanuts/groundnuts and cool
- Take an mixy jar, add cooled dhaniya seeds, peanuts, salt, 1 cup legume seeds, red chillies and make it as an fine powder
- Now take out into an container mix well
- This can be stored in your kitchen for an long period
- Serves good with rice, dosas ..
