Hot Water, Oil
PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl, add required atta into it
- Now add pinch of salt,
- Now mix the dough using hot water to get pooris softly
- Cover the dough with an wet cloth till you need to use it
- Now take small quantity of dough
- Press it into puri size BIT thickly
- Place kadai on stove, heat oil for deep fry
- Now place presseD raw poori into oil and deep fry till golden brown
- TaKe out into an paper plate napkin
- Serve hot with interested curry, and salads ....
