PREPARATION:
- Clean medium sized mushrooms (400 gms)
- Place them in an cassorole dish (that has lid) in a single layer
- Mix 2 tspns of oregano, 1 t spn basil, salt in an cup / bowl
- Sprinkle this on the mushrooms
- In an medium sauce pan, heat 2/3rd cup of olive oil and 1/3rd cup of venegar
- Pour this mix over seasones mushrooms
- Seal the dish and refrigerate
- Marinate over night before serving cool
