INGREDIENTS: Mushrooms, Olive oil, Vinegar, Salt, Oregano, Basil


PREPARATION:
  • Clean medium sized mushrooms (400 gms)
  • Place them in an cassorole dish (that has lid) in a single layer
  • Mix 2 tspns of oregano, 1 t spn basil, salt in an cup / bowl
  • Sprinkle this on the mushrooms
  • In an medium sauce pan, heat 2/3rd cup of olive oil and 1/3rd cup of venegar
  • Pour this mix over seasones mushrooms
  • Seal the dish and refrigerate
  • Marinate over night before serving cool
