INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Turmeric powder (pasupu), Salt, Green chillies, Legumes (pappulu), Dry coconut, Tamarind


PREPARATION:
  • Take mixy jar, grind well 1 spoon of legumes, dry coconut, green chillies, salt, tamarind paste as an fine powder
  • Then at last add cleaned and chopped coriander and run for a second and off
  • Now place kadai on stove, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
  • Add avalu, little more quqntity of jeera, urad dal, bengal gram , curry leaves and wait till they splitter
  • Finally add the grinded mix into it and mix well for 1minute
  • Off the stove immediatly after 1 minute
  • Mix well and leave for a while
  • Dish out and serve
  • Tastes good with rice...
