PREPARATION:
- Take mixy jar, grind well 1 spoon of legumes, dry coconut, green chillies, salt, tamarind paste as an fine powder
- Then at last add cleaned and chopped coriander and run for a second and off
- Now place kadai on stove, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
- Add avalu, little more quqntity of jeera, urad dal, bengal gram , curry leaves and wait till they splitter
- Finally add the grinded mix into it and mix well for 1minute
- Off the stove immediatly after 1 minute
- Mix well and leave for a while
- Dish out and serve
- Tastes good with rice...
