INGREDIENTS: Dry coconut, Red chillies, Salt, Tamarind paste, Jeera, Pepper corns (miriyalu)


PREPARATION:
  • Take an mixy jar
  • Add dry 1/4th cup of dry coconut, salt, tamarind paste,5-6 red chillies, jeera, 3-4 pepper corns
  • Grind them finely into powder, take into a bowl, mix well
  • Store it in an box and place in your kitchen
  • Doesnot spoil for an month and above
  • Tastes good with rice and ghee
  • Also can be used into fries like alu, beetroot, cabbage .. as an seasoning
  • Tastes out once.. u will never leave
