INGREDIENTS: Spinach (palakura), Hung curd (perugu), Cheese, Ginger, Green chillies,
Alu, Coriander, Turmeric powder, Jeera, Channa dal (roasted & powdered), Salt, Butter, Oil, Cashews, Almonds , Chat masala


PREPARATION:
  • Blanch the spinach and clean it
  • Boil alu , peel of the outer layer
  • Heat oil in an kadai
  • Add jeera, chopped ginger half a t spoon, Green chillies, Turmeric powder, coriander powder then mix well all the ingredients
  • Add channa dal powder and saute it for 5 minutes in low flame
  • Now make spinch puree (grinded spinach using little water in mixy) into the kadai and cook for 20 -25 minutes in low flame till raw small of spinach goes off
  • Finally add mashed alu and mix well
  • Off the flame let it cool
  • Then make the paste into small balls
  • Into a bowl, mix curd, grated cheese, almond powder, cashews, chopped green chillies, ginger paste, as an thick dough
  • Stuff this paste into spinch balls
  • Now make them as small patties (cutlets)
  • Now place tawa on flame and roast it using butter on both sides
  • Sprinkle chat masala finally on it and take out in an serving plate
  • Can be grilled in micro wave oven also..
Using of alu is optional !!!!!!!!!
