PREPARATION:
- Peel off the outer layer of potatoes
 - Cut them into small pieces
 - Place kadai on flame, heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it
 - Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and wait till they splitter
 - Now add cut potatoes into it
 - Add pinch of salt, turmeric powder and cook by closing the lid till soft
 - Check out in middle by opening the lid and mixing once
 - Once alu is cooked, add little dhaniya powder, red chilly powder, salt and mix well
 - Finally garnish with coriander and serve ..
 - Tastes good with rice, chapathis.....
