PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl, add required atta into it
- Now add pinch of salt, pepper, 2-3 spoons of curd
- Now mix the dough using hot water to get chapathis soft
- Cover the dough with an wet cloth till you need to use it
- Now take small quantity of dough
- Press it into puri size, apply little oil on it
- Then fold it into triangular shape
- Finally press it into big chapathis by applying plain rice flour in middle or atta (to avoid stickiness while pressing) itself
- Place tawa on stove, let it heat for a while
- Now place the pressed raw chapathi on tawa
- Roast it on both sides by applying little oil or without oil in low flame
- Serve hot with any curries , salads, dals, fries and side dishes..
