INGREDIENTS: Godham pindi (atta), Salt, Curd, Hot Water, Pepper, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, add required atta into it
  • Now add pinch of salt, pepper, 2-3 spoons of curd
  • Now mix the dough using hot water to get chapathis soft
  • Cover the dough with an wet cloth till you need to use it
  • Now take small quantity of dough
  • Press it into puri size, apply little oil on it
  • Then fold it into triangular shape
  • Finally press it into big chapathis by applying plain rice flour in middle or atta (to avoid stickiness while pressing) itself
  • Place tawa on stove, let it heat for a while
  • Now place the pressed raw chapathi on tawa
  • Roast it on both sides by applying little oil or without oil in low flame
  • Serve hot with any curries , salads, dals, fries and side dishes..
