PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl, add cleaned half kg of prawns into it
- Now marinate them by adding turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chilly powder, ginger paste
- Mix well and keepit aside for 20 minutes
- Place kadai on flame, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it
- Add chopped onions, ginger paste, green chillies and saute well
- Now add marinated prawns and mix softly
- Fry then for few minutes
- Now add 1 cup of garlic cloves, salt into it
- Close the lid for 5-10 minutes
- GIve seasoning by adding spoon of red chilly powder, garam masala
- Then add little water to cook evenly
- Finally add coriander, mint leaves and close the lid for 4-5 minutes
- Off the flame, mix well, & dish out
- Garlic prawns is ready to serve
