INGREDIENTS: Oil, Ginger paste, Green chilly, Onions, Prawns, Garlic cloves, Salt, Red chilly powder, Garam masala, Coriander, Podhina (mint leaves), Turmeric


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, add cleaned half kg of prawns into it
  • Now marinate them by adding turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chilly powder, ginger paste
  • Mix well and keepit aside for 20 minutes
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it
  • Add chopped onions, ginger paste, green chillies and saute well
  • Now add marinated prawns and mix softly
  • Fry then for few minutes
  • Now add 1 cup of garlic cloves, salt into it
  • Close the lid for 5-10 minutes
  • GIve seasoning by adding spoon of red chilly powder, garam masala
  • Then add little water to cook evenly
  • Finally add coriander, mint leaves and close the lid for 4-5 minutes
  • Off the flame, mix well, & dish out
  • Garlic prawns is ready to serve
