INGREDIENTS: Poppy seeds (gasalu), Red chillies, Salt, Garlic cloves


PREPARATION:
  • Place frying pan on flame
  • Fry poppy sedds for an while in low flame and cool
  • Now fry red chillies and cool
  • Take an mixy jar, add cooled poppy seeds, salt, red chillies and grind as an fine powder
  • Finally add garlic cloves in to the mixy jar and turn back the mixy button for a second
  • Now take out the powder into an container, mix well and can be stored for many days
  • Serves good with rice and ghee..
