INGREDIENTS: Oil, Mushrooms, Onions, Tomatoes, Capsicums, Maida (maize flour), Cornflour, Salt, Red chilly powder, Curd, Ginger, Garlic, Long Tooth picks

PREPARATION:
  • Clean fresh mushrooms and boil for 5- 7 minutes in water by adding pinch of salt
  • Now drain out water completely and place them in a bowl
  • Into a bowl, add cubical cut pieces of onions, tomatoes, capsicums, salt, 2-3 table spoons of maida, cornflour, red chilly powder and mix well
  • Dont use any water to mix
  • Now take tooth pick, place / pierce onion piece into it then mushroom then tomato and capsicum at last (one after the other into tooth pick)
  • Make such as 7-8 as you require
  • Now deep fry those tooth picks in oil and take them out into a plate
  • Place kadai on stove, heat 2-3 spoons of oil
  • Now add chopped ginger and garlic pieces and fry
  • Then add chopped onions, capsicums and fry till light brown
  • Then add salt, red chilly powder, 3 table spoons of curd and mix well till the sauce thickens
  • Finally add deep fried tooth picks and mix well
  • Garnish with spring onions, carrots..
  • Dish out and serve..
