INGREDIENTS: Semiya (Vermicelli), Oil, Ginger Garlic paste, Onions, Green chilly, Coriander, Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Dhaniya Powder


PREPARATION:
  • Boil semiya seperately and drain out water completely from it
  • Take abowl, add boiled semiya (1 cup of semiya requires 4 eggs), Beaten eggs yolk, Salt, Chopped green chilly, onions, coriander, ginger garlic paste, pinch of dhaniya powder, pepper
  • Mix well all the ingredients into batter
  • Place dosa pan or tawa on stove
  • Apply a spoon of oil
  • Pour batter on tawa on roast it on both sides
  • Tasty tasty semiya omlet is ready to serve now...
