PREPARATION:
- Boil semiya seperately and drain out water completely from it
- Take abowl, add boiled semiya (1 cup of semiya requires 4 eggs), Beaten eggs yolk, Salt, Chopped green chilly, onions, coriander, ginger garlic paste, pinch of dhaniya powder, pepper
- Mix well all the ingredients into batter
- Place dosa pan or tawa on stove
- Apply a spoon of oil
- Pour batter on tawa on roast it on both sides
- Tasty tasty semiya omlet is ready to serve now...
