INGREDIENTS: Bengal gram (senagaballu), Salt, Dhaniya (coriander seeds), Red chillies, Hing (inguva), Jeera, Tamarind, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • Place frying pan on flame, haet a nspoon of oil
  • Add 1 cup of bangal gram and fry
  • Then add half an cup of dhaniya seeds and fry for a while
  • Cool both the ingredients
  • Take a mixy jar, add fried ingredients, salt, jeera, tamarind, red chillies, pinch of hing and make it as an fine powder
  • Take out into an container, mix well and store it in your kitchen
  • This stays for an long period
  • Tastes good with for idly when mixed with ghee / oil
  • Tastes good for dosas wen sprinkled and roasted using ghee / butter
