PREPARATION:
- Place frying pan on flame, haet a nspoon of oil
- Add 1 cup of bangal gram and fry
- Then add half an cup of dhaniya seeds and fry for a while
- Cool both the ingredients
- Take a mixy jar, add fried ingredients, salt, jeera, tamarind, red chillies, pinch of hing and make it as an fine powder
- Take out into an container, mix well and store it in your kitchen
- This stays for an long period
- Tastes good with for idly when mixed with ghee / oil
- Tastes good for dosas wen sprinkled and roasted using ghee / butter
