INGREDIENTS: Jonna pindi (milo flour), Salt, Hot water, Butter, Onions, Coriander, Green chillies
PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl
- Add jonna pindi, salt, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, spoon of butter and mix it using hot water like chapathi dough
- Now take small amount of it and spread it like chapathi
- Place tawa on flame, roast the prepared mukkajonna rotte on both sides evenly
- Now take out and grease/spread/apply butter on it
- Serve hot hot
- Tastes good with nune vonkaya , gutti vonkaya ...
- Can also be prepared plainly without onions, coriander & green chillies
- Can be served with peas double bean curry or onion chutney
