INGREDIENTS: Jonna pindi (milo flour), Salt, Hot water, Butter, Onions, Coriander, Green chillies


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl
  • Add jonna pindi, salt, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, spoon of butter and mix it using hot water like chapathi dough
  • Now take small amount of it and spread it like chapathi
  • Place tawa on flame, roast the prepared mukkajonna rotte on both sides evenly
  • Now take out and grease/spread/apply butter on it
  • Serve hot hot
  • Tastes good with nune vonkaya , gutti vonkaya ...
  • Can also be prepared plainly without onions, coriander & green chillies
  • Can be served with peas double bean curry or onion chutney
