INGREDIENTS: Groundnuts/Peanuts, Salt, Red chillies, Garlic cloves, Tamarind paste


PREPARATION:
  • Fry ground nuts in an frying pan and cool
  • Then fry red chillies and cool
  • Now take an mixy jar, add fried peanuts, salt, garlic cloves, tamarind paste, red chillies
  • Grind all as an fine powder
  • Take out and mix well
  • Store in an container and place in your kitchen
  • Tastes good with rice and ghee
  • Doesnot spoil, smell or insecticide for many months
  • Tastes good when sprinkled on chapathis, roll it, and eat
  • Can be given as seasoning for bendi fry also..
