INGREDIENTS: Groundnuts/Peanuts, Salt, Red chillies, Garlic cloves, Tamarind paste
PREPARATION:
- Fry ground nuts in an frying pan and cool
- Then fry red chillies and cool
- Now take an mixy jar, add fried peanuts, salt, garlic cloves, tamarind paste, red chillies
- Grind all as an fine powder
- Take out and mix well
- Store in an container and place in your kitchen
- Tastes good with rice and ghee
- Doesnot spoil, smell or insecticide for many months
- Tastes good when sprinkled on chapathis, roll it, and eat
- Can be given as seasoning for bendi fry also..
