PREPARATION:
- Cut alu and tomato into small pieces
- Place kadai on stove, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
- Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram and wait till they splitter
- Then add cut alu, salt, pinch of turmeric powder and close the lid and cook till soft by mixing in middle in low flame
- Then add cut tomato and saute it till cooked
- Finally take few jeera seeds, salt, red chilly powder, 2-3 garlic cloves and place them in a cover , Now beat them with an stone till they become soft to taste good
- If not they can be grinded in an mixy jar
- Add this into the kadai mix well for a while & dish out
- Garnish with coriander if interested
- Serves good with rice, chapathis...
