INGREDIENTS: Green chillies (hybrid or normal), Salt, Lemon, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • Cut as an long line in middle of the chillies
  • Remove all the seeds in it
  • Deep fry them in oil and take ut in an paper plate napkin
  • Once all the oil gets drained apply salt and lemon juice on it
  • Leave for few minutes ans serve
  • Tastes good with chapthis, puris etc..
  • Prefferably hybrid bonda chillies tastes good
  • If using normal chillies, apply salt on raw cut chillies before night and place aside
  • Next morning remove water if any and deep fry in oil
