PREPARATION:
- Cut as an long line in middle of the chillies
- Remove all the seeds in it
- Deep fry them in oil and take ut in an paper plate napkin
- Once all the oil gets drained apply salt and lemon juice on it
- Leave for few minutes ans serve
- Tastes good with chapthis, puris etc..
- Prefferably hybrid bonda chillies tastes good
- If using normal chillies, apply salt on raw cut chillies before night and place aside
- Next morning remove water if any and deep fry in oil
