INGREDIENTS:Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Turmeric powder (pasupu), Salt, Fresh coconut, Atukulu (rice flakes), Red chilly powder, Lemon


PREPARATION:
  • Soak atukulu in water for 5-10 minutes and drain out water completely
  • Place kadai, heat 2-3 spoons of oil,
  • Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and wait till they splitter
  • Now add atukulu into it and mix well
  • Then add pinch of turmeric powder, fresh grated coconut, red chilly powder, salt, coriander mix and leave it for a while
  • Finally off flame add required lemon juice and mix well
  • Serves hot for break fast or snack
  • Tastes good when added more quantity of coconut
