PREPARATION:
- Soak atukulu in water for 5-10 minutes and drain out water completely
- Place kadai, heat 2-3 spoons of oil,
- Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and wait till they splitter
- Now add atukulu into it and mix well
- Then add pinch of turmeric powder, fresh grated coconut, red chilly powder, salt, coriander mix and leave it for a while
- Finally off flame add required lemon juice and mix well
- Serves hot for break fast or snack
- Tastes good when added more quantity of coconut
