INGREDIENTS: Bendi/Okra/Ladies finger, Jeera, Tomato, Salt, Rasam powder, Oil, Turmeric powder, Coriander


PREPARATION:
  • Place kadai on flame
  • Heat 3-4 spoons of oil
  • Add jeera and wait for a while
  • Now add cut okra/bendi
  • Then add pinch of turmericpowder, salt
  • Close the lid and cook till bendi softens in low flame
  • Then add cut tomatoes
  • Saute it for few minutes
  • Finally add salt, rasam powder, coriander and mix well
  • Dish out and serve
  • Serves good with rice, chapathis ...
