PREPARATION:
- Place kadai on flame
- Heat 3-4 spoons of oil
- Add jeera and wait for a while
- Now add cut okra/bendi
- Then add pinch of turmericpowder, salt
- Close the lid and cook till bendi softens in low flame
- Then add cut tomatoes
- Saute it for few minutes
- Finally add salt, rasam powder, coriander and mix well
- Dish out and serve
- Serves good with rice, chapathis ...
