INGREDIENTS: Legumes (pappulu), Dry coconut, Red chillies, Salt, Garlic cloves
PREPARATION:
- Place frying pan on flame, heat a spoon oil in it
- Fry dry coconut and red chillies for a whlie
- Now let them cool
- Take an mixy jar, add fried coconut, red chillies, legumes, salt, garlic cloves and grind as an fine powder
- Pappula podi is ready to serve now
- Take out in an box and can be stored in your kitchen with pickles section
- This stays for many months without any smell or insecticides
- Serves good with rice, mango pickle and ghee
- Also can be used as an seasoning for fries like alu, beetroot, cabbage etc..
