INGREDIENTS: Legumes (pappulu), Dry coconut, Red chillies, Salt, Garlic cloves


PREPARATION:
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat a spoon oil in it
  • Fry dry coconut and red chillies for a whlie
  • Now let them cool
  • Take an mixy jar, add fried coconut, red chillies, legumes, salt, garlic cloves and grind as an fine powder
  • Pappula podi is ready to serve now
  • Take out in an box and can be stored in your kitchen with pickles section
  • This stays for many months without any smell or insecticides
  • Serves good with rice, mango pickle and ghee
  • Also can be used as an seasoning for fries like alu, beetroot, cabbage etc..
