INGREDIENTS: Dry coconut, Red chillies, Salt, Tamarind paste, Jeera, Pepper corns (miriyalu), Garlic cloves, MUstard seeds (avalu), Curry leaves
PREPARATION:
- Take an mixy jar
- Add dry 1/4th cup of dry coconut, salt, tamarind paste,5-6 red chillies, jeera, 3-4 pepper corns, 4-5 garlic cloves
- Grind them finely into powder
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 2-3 spoons of oil
- Add avalu, curry leaves and wait till they splitter
- Now add the grinded mix and fry for an while
- Mix it for 3-4 times and dish out
- Store it in an box and place in your kitchen
- Doesnot spoil for an month and above
- Tastes good with rice and ghee
- Also can be used into fries like alu, beetroot, cabbage .. as an seasoning
- Tastes out once.. u will never leave
