PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl, add chopped onions, tomato, curry leaves, coriander, mint leaves
- Now add grated carrot, salt, pinch of green chilly paste, 1/2 t spoon of red chilly powder, rasam powder, mita, lemon juice, oil or ghee
- Now add mixture / boondhi kara, groundnuts and mix well all the ingredients
- Finally add puffed rice / borugulu and mix well
- Serves good at any time..
