INGREDIENTS: Puffed rice/ Borugulu, Onion, Tomato, Carrot, Curry leaves, Coriander, Green chilly paste, Red chilly powder, Salt, Rasam powder, Lemon, Mixture / Boondhikara, Fried groundnuts (peanuts), Mita, Podhina (mint leaves), Oil / Ghee


PREPARATION:

  • Take a bowl, add chopped onions, tomato, curry leaves, coriander, mint leaves
  • Now add grated carrot, salt, pinch of green chilly paste, 1/2 t spoon of red chilly powder, rasam powder, mita, lemon juice, oil or ghee
  • Now add mixture / boondhi kara, groundnuts and mix well all the ingredients
  • Finally add puffed rice / borugulu and mix well
  • Serves good at any time..
MITA - Diluted mix of sugar (or jaggery) and tamarind juice
