INGREDIENTS: Plain raw rice flour (biyyapindi), Soar Curd, Salt, Green chilly, Coriander, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • In a mixy jar, add green chillies, salt,coriander and grind as an fine paste
  • Now this out into a bowl
  • Add raw rice flour and mix well using soar curd into tight dough
  • Now make small marble size rounds using the dough
  • Repeat this till whole dough finishes
  • Now deep fry the prepared marble sized balls in oil in medium flame till golden brown
  • Take out into an paper plate napkin
  • Dish out and serve.....
  • Tastes good as an side dish for lunch , dinner or can be taken for snack also
