INGREDIENTS: Lemon, Legumes (pappulu), Salt, Green chillies, Dry coconut, Garlic cloves, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (jilakra, cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Bengal gram (Senagaballu), Coriander


PREPARATION:

  • In a mixy jar, add 2 spoons of legumes, dry coconut, pinch of salt, 2 green chillies and grind it into fine powder
  • Now take out into a bowl 
  • Add spoon of lemon juice, little water and mix well
  • Now in a small spatula add a spoons of oil
  • Now add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, coriander, garlic cloves and fry for a while
  • Add this popu into the chutney
  • Now chutney is ready to serve
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis..
