PREPARATION:
- Boil potatoes and mash them
- Chop all the vegetables finely and fry them in an frying pan
- Now add ginger garlic paste, cornflour, coriander chopped, midha, salt, mashed and boiled potato, red chilly powder, pepper, and mix well into thick dough
- Now cut bread into rounds and take out the brown part
- Make powder the remaining bread part and keep aside
- Now place the veg dough on the round bread slice and press it to make coin
- Place one cashew in middle on the slice and press
- Mix cornflour and bread powder into thick batter and apply it on the prepared bread coin that is filled with veg stuff and pack it
- Sprinkle seasame seeds (nuvvulu) on the top and press (optional)
- Finally deep fry them in oil and dish out into a paper napkin plate
- Garnish with spring onions, lemon, Cabbage and serve
- Tastes good with tomato ketchup..
