PREPARATION:
- In a bowl, add godhampindi, pinch of salt, pepper and mix it as an dough using hot water
- Now into another bowl add grated paneer, salt, chopped green chillies, lemon juice and mix well
- Make this into small balls for stuffing
- Now make small puri using the prepared dough
- Place the paneer stuff in to it, pack thightly
- Now spread it into parota using chapathi maker stick
- Place tawa on flame
- Roast in on both sides using little oil
- Paneer parota is ready to serve now
- Tastes good as it is or can be served with any kurmas or raitha..
