INGREDIENTS: Paneer, Salt, Green chillies, Lemon, Atta (godham pindi), Pepper, Hot water

PREPARATION:
  • In a bowl, add godhampindi, pinch of salt, pepper and mix it as an dough using hot water
  • Now into another bowl add grated paneer, salt, chopped green chillies, lemon juice and mix well
  • Make this into small balls for stuffing
  • Now make small puri using the prepared dough
  • Place the paneer stuff in to it, pack thightly
  • Now spread it into parota using chapathi maker stick
  • Place tawa on flame
  • Roast in on both sides using little oil
  • Paneer parota is ready to serve now
  • Tastes good as it is or can be served with any kurmas or raitha..
