INGREDIENTS: Dry coconut, Red chillies, Jagri (bellam), Dhaniya (coriander seeds), Salt, Tamarind paste, Onion, Turmeric powder, Garlic pieces, Curry leaves, Coriander, Beerakaya (ridge guard)

PREPARATION:
  • Take mixy jar, grind well all the ingredients in to a fine paste other than ridge guard
  • Now take cooker, into a bowl, keep ridge guard (cut as long pieces) and mix well with the grinded paste
  • Boil it for 2 whistles, cool it
  • Now take frying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it, add the boiled ridge guard mix gravy, fry for 4-5 minutes
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve with rice, chapathis.
USING MICRO WAVE:
  • Mix ridge guard pieces and grinded paste
  • Now microwave it for 10 - 15 minutes
  • Take out of oven
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot
  • Tastes good with rice...
