PREPARATION:
- Take mixy jar, grind well all the ingredients in to a fine paste other than ridge guard
- Now take cooker, into a bowl, keep ridge guard (cut as long pieces) and mix well with the grinded paste
- Boil it for 2 whistles, cool it
- Now take frying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it, add the boiled ridge guard mix gravy, fry for 4-5 minutes
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve with rice, chapathis.
- Mix ridge guard pieces and grinded paste
- Now microwave it for 10 - 15 minutes
- Take out of oven
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve hot
- Tastes good with rice...
