PREPARATION:
- In a bowl, add maida (maize flour), 2 spoons of cornflour, garlic paste, pepper, salt, aja-na-moto and mix well as an thick paste using little water
- Now dip spinach leaves in ti one by one
- Deep fry them in oil till golden brown
- Take out in an paper napkin plate
- Serves good with tomato ketchup..
- Sprinkle chat masala on it and serve or can be served plainly also
