INGREDIENTS: Maida, Cornflour, Oil, Garlic paste, Pepper, Salt, Aja-na-moto, Spianch (palakura), Chat masala

PREPARATION:
  • In a bowl, add maida (maize flour), 2 spoons of cornflour, garlic paste, pepper, salt, aja-na-moto and mix well as an thick paste using little water
  • Now dip spinach leaves in ti one by one
  • Deep fry them in oil till golden brown
  • Take out in an paper napkin plate
  • Serves good with tomato ketchup..
  • Sprinkle chat masala on it and serve or can be served plainly also
