PREPARATION:
- Clean 1 glass of rice and add 3 glasses of water to it
- Place cooker on flame, heat 3 spoons of oil
- Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, cut green chillies and wait till they splitter
- Now add piece of cardamom, cinnamon, clove and fry for a while
- Then add beaten pepper seeds (3-4), salt, pinch of turmeric
- Now add chopped coriander, sprouts (if interested) and saute it
- Finally add raw rice and water
- Close the lid for 3 whistles, off flmae, cool it
- Serve hot using ground chutney......
- Tastes good even taken plainly also
