INGREDIENTS: Jonna pindi (milo flour), Besin flour (senagapindi), Palakura (spinach), Green chilly, Salt, Coriander, Curry leaves

PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl
  • Add jonna pindi, senagapindi, chopped palakura, green chillies, salt, coriander, curry leaves
  • Mix all the ingredients using water into fine dough
  • Now place oil on flame 
  • Place small balls of dough in oil and deep fry till golden brown
  • Repeat this for the whole dough
  • Spicy spicy hot hot jonna pakodis are ready to serve
  • Tastes good with tomato ketchup....
