INGREDIENTS: Jonna pindi (milo flour), Besin flour (senagapindi), Palakura (spinach), Green chilly, Salt, Coriander, Curry leaves
PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl
- Add jonna pindi, senagapindi, chopped palakura, green chillies, salt, coriander, curry leaves
- Mix all the ingredients using water into fine dough
- Now place oil on flame
- Place small balls of dough in oil and deep fry till golden brown
- Repeat this for the whole dough
- Spicy spicy hot hot jonna pakodis are ready to serve
- Tastes good with tomato ketchup....
