PREPARATION:
- Half boil baby corn for 3-4 minutes in water, add pinch of salt while boiling
- Drain water and keep them aside
- Now make thick batter
- In a bowl add gram flour, salt, red chilly powder, aja-na-moto, pepper and mix well using little water
- Dip baby corn in the batter and deep fry them in oil till golden brown
- Serve using pudhina (mint) chutney
- Garnish with shredded cabbage, carrot, onions ..
- Squeeze lemon if interested..
