INGREDIENTS: Baby corn, Oil, Salt, Red chilly powder, Pepper, Aja-na-moto, Senagapindi (gram flour)

PREPARATION:
  • Half boil baby corn for 3-4 minutes in water, add pinch of salt while boiling
  • Drain water and keep them aside
  • Now make thick batter
  • In a bowl add gram flour, salt, red chilly powder, aja-na-moto, pepper and mix well using little water
  • Dip baby corn in the batter and deep fry them in oil till golden brown
  • Serve using pudhina (mint) chutney
  • Garnish with shredded cabbage, carrot, onions ..
  • Squeeze lemon if interested..
