PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl, add 1 cup of cleaned kheema, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, water and mix well
- Boil this for few minutes
- Now off flame, let it cool
- To the same bowl add 1 cup of besin flour, salt, t spoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 spoon of onion paste, coconut paste, green chilly paste, pinch of garam masala, 1 egg white
- Mix this into fine dough
- Let this be aside for 1 hour
- After an hour, make them into small portions
- Spread them into puri size rotis
- Make this as many as you require or till the dough finishes
- Palce tawa or dosa pan on flame
- Roast the prepared rotis on both sides using oil
- Serve hot...
