INGREDIENTS: Kheema, Ginger garlic paste, Besin flour (senagapindi / bajji pindi), Salt, Onion, Coconut, Green chillies, Garam masala, Egg

PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, add 1 cup of cleaned kheema, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, water and mix well
  • Boil this for few minutes
  • Now off flame, let it cool
  • To the same bowl add 1 cup of besin flour, salt, t spoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 spoon of onion paste, coconut paste, green chilly paste, pinch of garam masala, 1 egg white
  • Mix this into fine dough
  • Let this be aside for 1 hour
  • After an hour, make them into small portions
  • Spread them into puri size rotis 
  • Make this as many as you require or till the dough finishes
  • Palce tawa or dosa pan on flame
  • Roast the prepared rotis on both sides using oil
  • Serve hot...
