INGREDIENTS: Oil, Onions, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Turmeric, Green chilly, Red chilly powder, Rice Coriander, Mint (pudhina leaves), Pala aaku (spinch), Tomato, Carrot, Beans, Alu, Gobi, Garam masala


PREPARATION:
  • Boil or cook rice
  • Now spread it on a plate and let it cool
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Boil cut vegetables and keep aside
  • Now add chopped onions into kadai and fry
  • Then add a t spoon of ginger garlic paste
  • Saute well for 2 minutes
  • Add pinch of salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and mix well
  • Now add grinded paste of coriander, green chilly, palak leaves, mint leaves and cook till raw smell leaves (around 5-8 minutes)
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it
  • Add boiled cut vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Now add pinch of garam masala , mix well 
  • Then finally add cooked rice and mix well in low flame
  • Dish out and serve hot..
  • Tastes good with onion raitha
