INGREDIENTS: Oil, Onions, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Turmeric, Green chilly, Red chilly powder, Rice Coriander, Mint (pudhina leaves), Pala aaku (spinch), Tomato, Carrot, Beans, Alu, Gobi, Garam masala
PREPARATION:
- Boil or cook rice
- Now spread it on a plate and let it cool
- Place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Boil cut vegetables and keep aside
- Now add chopped onions into kadai and fry
- Then add a t spoon of ginger garlic paste
- Saute well for 2 minutes
- Add pinch of salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and mix well
- Now add grinded paste of coriander, green chilly, palak leaves, mint leaves and cook till raw smell leaves (around 5-8 minutes)
- Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it
- Add boiled cut vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Now add pinch of garam masala , mix well
- Then finally add cooked rice and mix well in low flame
- Dish out and serve hot..
- Tastes good with onion raitha
