INGREDIENTS: Bread, Red chilly powder, Potatoes, Chilly sauce, Fresh green Peas, Amchur powder, Dhaniya powder, Garam masala, Tomato sauce, Oil, Salt, Ice cream sticks


PREPARATION:
  • Boil potatoes, green peas, mash them softly
  • Cut the brown edges of bread and take only the plain bread
  • Now dip bread in water, and squeeze out water
  • Now in a bowl add tomato sauce, chilly sauce, salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder, amchur powder, garam masala, bread, mashed potato, peas and mix well all as an dough
  • Now make small balls using the dough, press them , keep those patties or balls to ice cream sticks as lollipops
  • Palce frying pan on flame, heat 2-3 spoons of oil
  • Place the prepraed lollipops on pan and roast them on both completely sides by turning
  • Yummu yummy hot lollipops are ready to eat now..
