PREPARATION:
- Boil kheema and keep aside
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 1 cup of oil in it
- Now add chopped onions, green chillies
- Close lid for few minutes
- Add ginger garlic paste, grated carrot, coconut, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric
- Mix well all the ingredients and close the lid for 5 minutes
- Now add boiled kheema, saute it and close the lid for 5 more minutes
- Now add coriander chopped, little garam masala and mix well
- Off flame, add lemon juice
- Dish out and serve.....
