INGREDIENTS: Kheema, Carrot, Oil, Onions, Green chilly, Ginger garlic paste, Fresh coconut, Salt, Red chilly powder, Turmeric, Coriander, Garam masala, Lemon

PREPARATION:
  • Boil kheema and keep aside
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 1 cup of oil in it
  • Now add chopped onions, green chillies
  • Close lid for few minutes
  • Add ginger garlic paste, grated carrot, coconut, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric
  • Mix well all the ingredients and close the lid for 5 minutes
  • Now add boiled kheema, saute it and close the lid for 5 more minutes
  • Now add coriander chopped, little garam masala and mix well
  • Off flame, add lemon juice
  • Dish out and serve.....
