PREPARATION:
- Chop all the vegetables finely (Few more vegetables can be added of your own choice)
- Place frying pan or kadai on flame, heat 3 spoons of oil
- Add jeera, curry leaves, long cut green chillies and wait till they splitter
- Now add chopped vegetables, cut onions and fry for a while
- Now add pinch of turmeric, salt and mix well
- Close the lid for few minutes and steam cook till soft
- Finally add red chilly powder, rasam powder, chopped coriander and mix well
- Diah out and garnish with fresh cream
- Serves good with rice, chapatis ..
