INGREDIENTS: Oil, Jeera (cumin seeds), Curry leaves, Onions, Carrot, Alu, Beans, Coriander, Salt, Red chilly powder, Green chillies, Rasam powder, Turmeric


PREPARATION:
  • Chop all the vegetables finely (Few more vegetables can be added of your own choice)
  • Place frying pan or kadai on flame, heat 3 spoons of oil
  • Add jeera, curry leaves, long cut green chillies and wait till they splitter
  • Now add chopped vegetables, cut onions and fry for a while
  • Now add pinch of turmeric, salt and mix well
  • Close the lid for few minutes and steam cook till soft
  • Finally add red chilly powder, rasam powder, chopped coriander and mix well
  • Diah out and garnish with fresh cream
  • Serves good with rice, chapatis ..
