INGREDIENTS: Betroot, Salt, Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Soya sauce, CHilly sauce, Pepper, Midha (maize flour), Cornflour, Green chillies, Coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Cut betroot into pieces, half boil and keep
  • Prepare batter, in a bowl, add midha, cornflour, salt, pepper mix as an thick paste using little water
  • Now dip betroot pieces in it and deep fry in oil till golden brown in medium flame
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 3 spoons of oil
  • Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilly pieces and fry for a while
  • Now add spoon of soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilly sauce and saute it
  • Now give seasoning using little salt, pepper, coriander, mix well
  • Finally add deepfried betrrot manchurian balls and saute well
  • Dish out, garnish with onion rings and lemon
  • Serve hot..with toamto sauce or any cheese dip
