PREPARATION:
- Take frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil, fry avalu, jeera, ginger garlic paste
- Add curry leaves, chopped onions, turmeric powder and shallow fry
- Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder, rasam powder, and saute well
- Let it boil for few minutes
- Now dish out
- Garnish with coriander
- Serves good with chapathis, rice..
