INGREDIENTS: Onions, Tomatoes, Salt, Red chilly powder, Rasam powder, Ginger Garlic paste, Dhaniya powder, Curry leaves, Coriander, Turmeric powder, Jeera (cumin seeds), Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds)


PREPARATION:
  • Take frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil, fry avalu, jeera, ginger garlic paste
  • Add curry leaves, chopped onions, turmeric powder and shallow fry
  • Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder, rasam powder, and saute well
  • Let it boil for few minutes
  • Now dish out
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serves good with chapathis, rice..
