PREPARATION:
- Place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Boil cut vegetables and keep aside
- Now add chopped onions into kadai and fry
- Then add a t spoon of ginger garlic paste
- Saute well for 2 minutes
- Add pinch of salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and mix well
- Now add grinded paste of coriander, green chilly, palak leaves, mint leaves and cook till raw smell leaves (around 5-8 minutes)
- Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it
- Add boiled cut vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Finally add pinch of garam masala , mix well and dish out
- Serves good with rice, chapathis,rotis,puris ....
- Garnish with onions and red chillies
