PREPARATION:
- Now boil tindora in water for 6-7 minutes
- Let them cool
- Now cut the corners of tindora, make an plus cut on it for stuffing
- In a bowl add Chopped onions, pinch of salt, red chilly powder, dry coconut powder and mix well
- Place this mix as stuffing into the tindora
- Make such as many as you require
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 5-6 table spoons of oil
- Place the stuffed tindora in the pan and close the lid
- Let this cook for 30 minutes
- In between open the lid and keep on rotating to cook evenly
- Repeat this once for 5 minutes
- When tindora is cooked for about 80% , add the remain prepared stuffing mix and fry for few minutes
- Finally dish out and garnish
- Serves good with rice..or as it is...
