INGREDIENTS: Oil, Dhondakaya (tindora), Onions, Dry coconut, Red chilly powder, Salt

PREPARATION:
  • Now boil tindora in water for 6-7 minutes
  • Let them cool
  • Now cut the corners of tindora, make an plus cut on it for stuffing
  • In a bowl add Chopped onions,  pinch of salt, red chilly powder, dry coconut powder and mix well
  • Place this mix as stuffing into the tindora 
  • Make such as many as you require
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 5-6 table spoons of oil
  • Place the stuffed tindora in the pan and close the lid
  • Let this cook for 30 minutes  
  • In between open the lid and keep on rotating to cook evenly
  • Repeat this once for 5 minutes
  • When tindora is cooked for about 80% , add the remain prepared stuffing mix and fry for few minutes
  • Finally dish out and garnish
  • Serves good with rice..or as it is...
