INGREDIENTS: Curd/Yogurt, Milk, Knoor mixed veg soup pack, Carrot, Cucumber

PREPARATION:
  • Beat well 1lt of curd, Pour it in an soft cotton cloth
  • Tie it and hang till all the water goes away from it
  • Now take the yogurt from the cloth into a bowl
  • Add half content of powder from the soup pack and mix well
  • Add required quantity of milk and beat well without any lumps to make thick gravy or dip
  • Finally add cut carrot kheera fingers and serve
  • IF not serve the dip seperately with carrot n kheera fingers aside
  • Garnish with any raw vegetable
  • Fresh veg salad is ready to dip n eat now..
  • Its very healthy and can be taken by any one
  • Slimmed milk can be used if interested..to decrease fat
