PREPARATION:
- Soak meal makers in water for 10 minutes
- Later squeeze out water and keep
- Prepare batter by adding cup of besin flour, salt, red chilly powder, mix well with water
- Now dip meal maker in batter and deep fry in oil
- Now in another bowl add curd, beat well
- To the beaten curd, add salt chopped green chillies, coriander, curry leaves and mix
- Then place small spatula on flame, heat a spoon of oil
- Add avalu, jeera, red chillies and fry
- Add this into the curd, mix well
- Now finally soak deep fried meal makers in curd mix and serve
- Now curd soya vada is ready to eat
