INGREDIENTS: Butter, Rice flour(biyapindi), Oil, Sugar, Water, Kaju, Kismiss, Elachi

PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, add rice flour, butter and mix well like dough
  • Make small balls with the dough like marbles and keep aside
  • Deep fry these balls in oil and place on paper napkin
  • Now make sugar syrup (pakam, preparation- add 1 cup of sugar in abowl to that add 1 cup of water and boil till sugar melts, add 1/2 t spoon elachi powder to it)
  • Add deep fried butter balls to the sugar syrup let them soak for few minutes, then take out
  • Garnish with fried kaju and kismiss
