PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl, add rice flour, butter and mix well like dough
- Make small balls with the dough like marbles and keep aside
- Deep fry these balls in oil and place on paper napkin
- Now make sugar syrup (pakam, preparation- add 1 cup of sugar in abowl to that add 1 cup of water and boil till sugar melts, add 1/2 t spoon elachi powder to it)
- Add deep fried butter balls to the sugar syrup let them soak for few minutes, then take out
- Garnish with fried kaju and kismiss
