INGREDIENTS: Rice flour/biyapindi, Salt, Cookind soda, Water, Curd


PREPARATION :
  • Take a bowl, add rice flour, salt, curd and water in equal amounts
  • Now mix well without any lumps as loose liquid batter
  • Add pinch of cooking soda before using
  • Soak this batter for 1-2 hours if possilble, else can be used immediately
  • Take dosa pan, Pour batter on it and roast it by applying oil
  • Dosa is ready to eat now
  • Can be served with any chutney
Using the same left out batter, dosa balls or guntha ponganau or ponganalu  can be prepared
