PREPARATION :
- Take a bowl, add rice flour, salt, curd and water in equal amounts
- Now mix well without any lumps as loose liquid batter
- Add pinch of cooking soda before using
- Soak this batter for 1-2 hours if possilble, else can be used immediately
- Take dosa pan, Pour batter on it and roast it by applying oil
- Dosa is ready to eat now
- Can be served with any chutney
