INGREDIENTS: Carrot, Capscum, Onion, Alu, Cabbage, Oil, Salt, Pepper, Maida(maize flour), Red Chilly, Cornflour, Ginger Garlic paste, Coriander, Spring Onion, Tomato sauce


PREPARATION:
  • Cut all vegetables like french fries (long pieces)
  • Now take a bowl keep cutted vegetables, to that give seasoning by adding cornflour, maida, salt, mix all finely and deep fry in oil and place on paper napkin
  • Now take another pan, keep 3-4 spoons of oil, add ginger garlic paste, red chilly, fry well and then add deep fried vegetables, salt, pepper
  • Finally garnish with coriander/spring onion and serve with tomato sauce
