PREPARATION:
- Cut all vegetables like french fries (long pieces)
- Now take a bowl keep cutted vegetables, to that give seasoning by adding cornflour, maida, salt, mix all finely and deep fry in oil and place on paper napkin
- Now take another pan, keep 3-4 spoons of oil, add ginger garlic paste, red chilly, fry well and then add deep fried vegetables, salt, pepper
- Finally garnish with coriander/spring onion and serve with tomato sauce
