INGREDIENTS: Mango ginger/ Normal Ginger (1 piece), Green/ RedChilly,Salt, Jagri/bellam
Tamarind paste

PREPARATION:
  • Chop ginger into pieces, fry well in the pan, later add chilly pieces to it and fry again
  • Now grind well fried ginger, chilly, salt, tamarind paste, jagri (if interested) in a mixy jar as a fine paste
  • Generally tastes good for pesarattu
