INGREDIENTS:
Bread, Onion, Tomato, Carrot, Green Chilly, Salt, Curd, Bombay Rava(semolina), Ghee


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl to that add chopped onion, tomato, green chilly, grated carrot, salt, coriander, fried rava soaked in water (for 20min before itself) and curd mix well all as thick gravy
  • Now take one bread slice and on the top of the slice apply the mixed gravy and fry it on the pan using ghee/butter
  • Serve hot
