INGREDIENTS: Oil, Jeera(cumin seeds), Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Podhina(mint) leaves,Fresh coconut, Green chilly, Dalchina chekka(cinnamom), Lavangam(cloves), Salt
Clean/wash rice and soak in water for ½ hour
Take a kadai, add 5-6 table spoons of oil, once oil is heated add jeera to it.
Then add ginger garlic paste, onions fry well.
Mean while take a mixy jar and grind well podhina leaves, fresh coconut, green chilly and salt for seasoning.
Add the grinded paste to kadai and fry well
Now add ½ t spoon chekka Mogga lavnga grinded powder to it
Fry well all the ingredients
Now keep the in low flame, add coked rice to it and mix well, leave it for
few mins and serve.
Can be served plain, if not you can use raitha.
