INGREDIENTS: Oil, Jeera(cumin seeds), Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Podhina(mint) leaves,Fresh coconut, Green chilly, Dalchina chekka(cinnamom), Lavangam(cloves), Salt



PREPARATION:

  • Clean/wash rice and soak in water for ½ hour


  • Take a kadai, add 5-6 table spoons of oil, once oil is heated add jeera to it.


  • Then add ginger garlic paste, onions fry well.


  • Mean while take a mixy jar and grind well podhina leaves, fresh coconut, green chilly and salt  for seasoning.
    Add the grinded paste to kadai and fry well



  • Now add ½ t spoon chekka Mogga lavnga grinded powder to it



  • Fry well all the ingredients



  • Now keep the in low flame, add coked rice to it and mix well, leave it for
    few mins and serve.



  • Can be served plain, if not you can use raitha.
