INGREDIENTS: Seanaga pindi (gram flour), Salt, Green chilly paste, Water, Oil, Curry leaf, Coriander,Jeera(cumin seeds)

PREPARATION:
  • Taka a bowl, mix chanaga pindi(4 table spoons) and water(1 glass) without any lumps
  • Take a pan, add 3-4 spoons of oil in it, once oil gets heated add jeera, curry/green leaf
  • Now add green chilly paste, once its fried add Chanaga pindi water mix in low flame
  • Keep on stirring slowly, once its boiled add coriander
  • Serve/Apply it for dosa
