INGREDIENTS: Rice flour (2cups), Midha(1/2 cup), Godhapindi/Atta (1/2 cup), Curd, Salt
PREPARATION:
  • Mix all the above three kinds of flours, in equal amounts of water and curd without any lumps
  • Add cooking soda, salt before using, batter should be liquid/loose batter
  • Take dosa pan, pour dosa on it and roast well using little oil
  • Dosa is ready to eat now
  • Serve with any chutneys
